ACII Art Studio is a handy small application for converting images to ASCII characters pictures.
The program enables users to create ASCII Art in an easy manner, as well as to edit any ASCII Art picture. All the created pictures can be rotated and flipped around.

One of the most practical tool is the feature of creating signatures for shared documents or email messages. Also, user can create big text by means of regular ASCII characters (installeed fonts) and print the resulting file. The character panel allows users to decide the character set to be used: printable ASCII, extended ASCII character set, or else. Multiple ASCII images can be open and they can be selected later by using tabs.

The application includes freehand drawing and text edition, as well as the possibility of printing any output created file. All the necessary tools are available in this application: pick up, brush, delete, fill, geometrical figures (line, rectangle, circle, etc.).

Among the interesting features of this small program, it includes multiple undo and redo operations, and also the possibility of shell integration.

Philip Schumacher Adorable, powerful, indispensable. The table-drawing tool is worth the modest license fee by itself for programmers of console-mode programmes among others; I think it belongs to the toolbox of any serious programmer and web person. Also it picks up where the Unix banner command leaves off.
